Equipping the Persecuted Church
Ekklesia Mission is a global organization dedicated to multiplying disciples and developing healthy servant-leaders. We fulfill the Great Commission through strategic media and comprehensive training, advancing the Gospel in regions where the Church is persecuted.
Dr. Nathan Rostampour, President of Ekklesia Mission
Dr. Nathan Rostampour is a pastor, international leadership trainer, and coach with a deep commitment to serving the persecuted church, particularly within the Persian-speaking Christian community. For more than two decades, he has dedicated his life to equipping and empowering leaders in some of the most challenging ministry contexts, where faith often comes at a high cost. Alongside his teaching and mentoring, he provides pastoral care for leaders and underground church communities, helping them remain resilient, courageous, and rooted in the gospel.
Dr. Rostampour holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Coaching and Mentoring, as well as a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University (USA). His expertise spans leadership development, strategic management, and coaching, and he has trained leaders across multiple nations with a passion for multiplying healthy, Christ-centered, purpose-driven leadership.
With proven multicultural agility, Dr. Rostampour helps the Western church better understand and engage in missions in the East and among persecuted believers. His ability to bridge cultural contexts, provide strategic guidance, and walk alongside leaders under pressure makes him a valuable advocate and partner in advancing the mission of organizations committed to supporting persecuted Christians.
He resides in North Carolina with his wife, Azar, and their daughter, Rayna, and continues to travel internationally to encourage, teach, and equip leaders and churches worldwide.
